Week 12 (18-24 March 2013)

It's exactly one month to Gabriel's birthday....so it's time to get busy and send out invitations. We had a tough time searching for good party ideas since he has already attended so many this first quarter.

While googling for party ideas, we chanced upon a Science party organizer. I know this will be a great party idea as Gabriel has recently written a page in school, titled - What I want to be when I grow up...his answer...to be a Scientist.

I have decided to handmade all the invitation cards this year. So I took out my Silhouette Cameo and start cutting up some fonts and mist them up with colors. After that we had fun with some stamping and pasting of washi tapes.

This week, Gabriel has moved on to swim in the competitor's pool with some encouragement and a little pair of flippers from the coach.

            

Not too much happening this week..except Gabriel is getting more independent. He tries to do more things by himself like picking his own favourites in the bakery and bringing the tray to the counter for payment.

He's also into this word game - 4pics 1 word...he's actually quite good in it.
