Hello everyone, hope you are all feeling ok. Especially those in the neighbouring countries that has been affected by the haze from the forest fire in Indonesia.
As we hibernate indoors from the super unhealthy air; I wonder how many animals have suffered or are killed by the forest fire.
It saddens me that humans are so cruel and destructive.
In memory of animals who were sacrificed or should I say murdered in this aftermath, I have altered an elephant in memory of them all.
I have actually tried to find paper marche orangutan or birds, but couldn't find any in the craft store, so I choose an elephant - the gentle big giant instead.
Isn't this a beauty? It's my very own version of Dumbo :)
This is my video tutorial on the whole process of altering this elephant.
As usual I have speed up the video so it will only take less than 5mins to grasp the whole process.
Do remember to give a thumbs up if you like my video.
Here are some close up photos to let you check out more details. Instead of going for my usual sweet of vibrant colors, I went for a dark and rusty look in tune with the forest fire.
Thank you for visiting my post and checking out my video.
Till next time.....Happy Crafting!
