November DT submission

Hiya all,
I'm so excited today as it's my very first blog hop with my amazing team members in Made With Love!

Without further ado..here's my submission for November - a layout and 2 tags which I really love.

For this layout, I have used the glitter cardstock from American Craft. Check out the close up picture on the glitters. The paper is so pretty and it's 3 dimensional. On the back of my mind, I have so many ideas to explore on this yummy paper. Well I know I will probably be using this paper to punch out snow flakes. Wouldn't it be lovely to have glittery snow flakes with a slight tone of pink? :)

For the layout, I have used the following materials:

1) American Craft Glitter Cardstock2) Inspirational Stamp from Hero Arts. If you notice, there is a shadow effect on the wordings.3) Hotair Balloon Stamp from Studio G. These stamps were selling like hotcakes! Think it was gone within a day it was on sale. So glad I manage to grab some with some help from sweet Aida.4) Heart, Wings and Key chipboards from Maya Road5) Rose Chipboard from Dusty Attic6) Crafters Workshop - mini brick stencils7) K&CO pearl swirls8) Lace ribbon from May Arts9) Butterfly was cut out using my Cameo10) Mulberry Flowers and feathers11) I added some tulle and gauze too*Picture on the left side shows all the mediums used on this layout - Art Anthology is my current craze!

Next up on my tags :)

Again I have played with mediums on my tags.

For this tag:-I have painted the manila tag with white acrylic paint as a primer. Then I painted over the chicken wire stencils from Crafters Workshop with Distress Paint - Broken ChinaMini Tags were cut from Crate Paper Flea Market and Close Knit collectionMost of the embellishments are from Prima Marketing. The bicycle and heart shape wood piece are from Made With Love too. I love digging through all the small boxes in Made With Love to find cute little treasures as such.Oh forgot to mention that I actually colored the bicycle with Ranger Vintaj Patina opague ink in Verdigris. The color so matches the flowers :)

For this 2nd tag, the wow factor will be the background effect which I have prep with1) Distress Ink - Broken China, Peacock Feathers and Walnut Stain.2) Painted over Mini Burst Stencils from Crafters Workshop with Art Anthology paint. Simply love the popup effect that Art Anthology can achieve. Check out the picture below. It shimmers too!

Thank you for visiting my blog.
