Actually done this layout last month for an ex-colleague's housewarming....hmmmm there seems to be alot of housewarming these few months. Anyway, having a new nest of your own is always something to look forward to and I'm glad to be able to contribute to the joy.
This layout below requires alot of paper cutting but I adore the outcome.
